Our Impact

We have grown from a small grassroots organization in Saskatoon SK, into an active non profit with teachers across western Canada, and various locations around the world. By growing our teacher base, and offering more trainings, we are also able to reach more youth.

Founded in 2008 by Kristine Divall and Ryan Leier, VYFY has grown and shifted into the thriving organization it is now. VYFY is rooted in offering mindfulness Yoga to youth.
