Host a Training

Is your community interested in hosting a vyfy training?

Vinyasa Yoga for Youth is available to host an online or in-person* offering of our ROOTS 25hr Intensive for your community. Our staff will work alongside your Yoga studio, community center, or school to register participants for a 3 day intensive where they will experience a daily Yoga practice and an introduction to teaching Yoga to youth.

The ROOTS Intensive has also been integrated into Yoga Trainings.

• The Saskatchewan Indigenous Yoga Association integrates the full ROOTS program into their 200 YTT

• One Yoga integrates a condensed one day offering into their 200 YTT
